The owner is very rude person！ Very disappointed with my experience at Bagga Jewellers. The customer service was extremely unprofessional — they were impatient and rude when I asked simple questions. The jewelry quality did not match what they promised, and the pricing was not transparent at all. I expected honesty and respect when buying jewelry, but instead I felt rushed and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or genuine products.
