This place don’t service anyone outside Indians, they buzz you in and ask you what you want and deny they have it. I have many friends in India and their family that’s here shop at this store. All my Indian friends say they shop here but they never service me.
Bagga Jewelers is truly a place in Sacramento where you get the real feel of traditional Indian jewelry shops. They not only sell gold but also do excellent repair work—whether you need a ring resized or any other adjustment. Their craftsmanship is genuine, and their behavior is very kind and helpful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend everyone to visit them.”
They don’t have any manner at all, very poor customer service. Promised me for a pair of bangles and it’s been already 6month still didn’t get it and they never called back as promised. I went to their store at least 4 to 5 times😞And now they are not answering the phone. Just disgusting😡 Don’t waste your time!
