Don’t get me wrong, the food and drinks are good! The customer service? Not ideal. I live across the street and have only been here twice because I feel unwelcome and a bothersome. It’s so weird. I decided to give it another try a year later and had a bigger order - well, one person was working on my order and another person came around to help and got yelled at from someone in the back to stop helping us with my large order. So weird.
Slow, slow, slow. Had to repeat my order three times. Eggs and meat on breakfast sandwiches are not fresh -- clearly come frozen -- and not hot. Tastes awful. Coffee was bitter and lukewarm. Dining room is worn out. What a disappointment. I would never go back.
The lady that took my order at this location needs a raise. She is amazing.
If you want a decent bagel sandwich, with a side of attitude. This is your place. Make sure you go to the left side of the counter and don't you dare go to the cash register, you will be scolded.
