I swear this Realtor Company is just the 2 people! They seem to take Security deposits like it's personal income- just because they own the property. Renter Beware
I’m sharing our experience with Bagelman Property so other parents are aware. After my daughter moved out, the landlord charged her for pre‑existing damage from a previous lease, failed to provide a proper itemized list, and billed more than his own published rates. When questioned, he told her “prices have increased,” which is not allowed under PA security‑deposit law. Expect insane charges on move out even if you pay for a cleaner. Don’t expect a clean or updated building. Expect bugs, cracked walls and ceilings, and broken blinds/windows/doors.

I have had Emily as a landlord the last year with college housing. She was such a great landlord to have and was always very quick to respond, send over maintenance, and overall a very nice person! If I could move back into that house again with her as my landlord, I would do it a million times
