I have had Emily as a landlord the last year with college housing. She was such a great landlord to have and was always very quick to respond, send over maintenance, and overall a very nice person! If I could move back into that house again with her as my landlord, I would do it a million times
Bagelman Realty is great. Housing in West Chester can be difficult, but Emily was efficient, organized, and super helpful. The property was well-maintained, and communication was clear and timely throughout my lease. I would definitely recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful landlord.
Terrible, terrible management! Gets involved when not necessary or her position to! Emily Bagelman thinks she knows the law but unfortunately she is not an attorney. She does not even know what her lease’s state! This rental company demonstrated a concerning lack of understanding of both landlord-tenant laws and their own lease terms.
