Bagels used to be delicious but this place has gone so far downhill. We go when we're in town and today we waited 30 minutes to get still frozen sausage in our bagels and lukewarm food at best. This place hasn't had an update in a decade and it's so hit or miss there's no point in going anymore. Management needs to re organize this place and get some kind of order for the way things are done. All employees were confused and chaotic. Used to love it here but they need to make some serious changes.
Very busy, community centered, and tasty food
Absolutely love this place and will continue coming back but I wish my order didn't get messed up literally every time I come in and I visit probably 4 or 5 times a month. 😭
The bagels are a 10/10! The muffins and brownies though today were not so great :/. The muffin had a “crumble” topping that was just sand. It had the intended flavors but was just bland along with it was just a mess. The brownie was so soggy… this won’t stop me from coming here for the bagels but maybe the desserts I’ll pass on..
