We have a fifty seat retail operation plus drive up window. We also cater throughout the Charlotte Metro Area. We feature delicious soft serve ice cream, smoothies, milkshakes, desserts, artisan bagels from NYC, egg sandwiches with cheese sausage, Canadian bacon, Taylor pork roll, bacon, chicken,, tuna and egg salad sandwiches, We feature Thumann's cold cuts, gluten free, drip coffee, specialty coffee, tea, chai latte, juices and soda pop! We usually feature black/white cookies along with Cinnamon Buns and Rainbow cookies .

We've been looking for a spot like this! Bagels, spreads, atmosphere and service are all great.
I was surprised that I hadn't submitted a review before now. My wife and I make sure we visit every Saturday and Sunday. Bagels are great and coffee/coffee drinks are better than Starbucks. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are terrific, but my favorite is a hot pastrami sandwich followed by a waffle cone. The soft ice cream is fantastic and you won't find better pastrami anywhere in Charlotte. Amazing sandwiches! The Oreo frappe is delicious! Such friendly and personal staff definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I come in alot and I've noticed and honestly don't like how some of the higher up people are treating an takin to the employees. This is happening infont of customers! !!!!!!! If it wasn't for the food quality i would stop coming here. I know if the downgrading doesn't stop i WILL stop coming

Not sure what you are talking about but happy to discuss it. The majority of us have worked together since we opened our door and it is entirely possible we may have a moment from time to time. I see you worked at Walmart. if I had an issue at Walmart I would speak directly to the manager of the store. I would not make a general statement and post it on Facebook.
