Very bad service long lines and it takes about 20 mins to order. Whats more bizarre is that you can’t phone in a pick up order doesn’t make sense won’t be back Fireside is much better
Facied a bagel for brunch This place has a loads of unique bagels Got a bacon egg bagel With eggs and ham Was delicious Better than expected Friendly service They do have dine in seating but not really set up for it No music and no to stay dine in ware
My experience began with calling in to order where I just got a fast “please hold” and waited 5 min, a good morning can you please hold is much more welcoming and professional . Now in regards to the food it wasn’t too bad the bagel had good flavor different from any other bagel I’ve had but the price was a shock $10.29 for egg sandwich on a bagel compared to my favorite store and much better tasting for $7.09. Overall not bad on taste service average and price high.
Every time i order on the phone the young man that works there has a terrible attitude always has something smart to say like what is the problem. I ordered a coffee and was told I should go to McDonald’s because they have better black coffee ☕️ … I decided not to EVER spend my money at this place ever again. There is another bagel 🥯 spot literally right up the street hassle free better service without the attitude and unnecessary rude remarks!!
