We spent a boatload of money replacing both elevators that took an entire year and $750,000 at our condoin gulf shores about a year ago. Too much down time already. Our top floor is 14. Why it would try to go to 47 is crazy and unacceptable that it's been down an entire week when this company was more money but said go with them they'll have any problems fixed lickery split. Very very disappointed at this company.
These guys are amazing! They were working on our elevator at Silver beach Condo in Orange Beach AL. We discovered that someone that worked for that condo threw our brand new Tommy bahama chairs in the dumpster! They came to our rescue and dug them out for us! They were covered in all kinds of S$&@. They got them out, cleaned them and made sure we were good. They didn’t have to do that but they went the extra mile to help us so good job Baxby! You’ve got some awesome guys working for you!
