Went in with a lower back issue. Felt better after 1 visit. Not only did he fix my back, he also sent me home with exercises to help the areas get stronger. After my 4th visit, I started back to working out again. My back feels brand new. The staff is very friendly, no long wait times. Very good experience.
We love John & his team! Heidi is super kind and caring every time we come in & they are always on top of things and ready to go. Dr. Bafford listens to your concerns and gives you many routes of exploration to fixing the problem. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new chiropractor in the area :)

My fiance strongly referred me. I had injured myself from tripping and have a lot of chronic pain from old injuries. I'm 43 and was struggling to move around, especially at night when pain would really set in. Dr Bafford is different than any chiropractor I've been to. He listens and does what's best for you but never pushy on anything! The adjustments are amazing and with the added therapy, I feel like a new woman, moving around like I should be able to without pain! A++
