Dinner at Baffo 6.20: our 1st visit was excellent, relaxed, and delicious. Carl took great care of us as did the rest of the crew. Very lucky to have tempura-fried squash blossoms filled with robiola cheese and tiny rock shrimp, char-grilled octopus. Kim's porcini-filled pansotti was very good but I the wine-braised brasato (mouthwatering beef short ribs) was out of this world, as tender as butter and served with carrots and horseradish gremolata.
