I would recommend Bafana Physical Therapy because she treats the whole body and gets to the core of the problem. She really listens to your concerns and is very caring. She corrects the problem and sends you home with information to keep yourself healthy.
I had a phenomenal experience at Bafana Physical Therapy. I felt my injury was well treated but really my whole mind, body and soul received an uplifting experience with each session. I was treated as an individual with my personal health goals at the forefront of my therapy plan. I have recommended others already and will continue to do so!
When I needed physical therapy for my knees, Hema recommenced and showed me what stretches and exercises to do. Since I have been doing these and have been able to maintain my lifestyle which involves playing tennis, a couple of times a week, which without the stretches wouldn’t be possible. So I recommend Bafana Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a similar positive outcome.

I enjoy therapy with Hema. I am getting better. I broke my left wrist and together we are working through it. She does many different exercises to help improve circulation, range of motion, and uplift my spirit with pleasant conversation.
