Kelly is friendly, kind, and easy to communicate with. She was flexible with scheduling and reliable, which we really appreciated. She was always pleasant to have in our home. For our larger home and service expectations, we found that standard cleaning tasks sometimes took longer than expected, and some of the finer details were overlooked. I highly recommend BAFA/Inside Out for housecleaning. Kelly is thorough, and efficient, and it is a joy to come home after she has been there. I am always impressed with how clean our house is and how fresh it smells!

When my Airbnb cleaner cancelled at the last minute, Kelly stepped in and covered all my bookings. I have never regretted hiring her, she is so professional, is flexible and tries to adjust to your schedule. The first sentence of a lot of my Airbnb reviews is how fresh and clean the suite is.
