John and his team did a fantastic job of removing the old unit and installing a new HVAC system. He took the time to personally walk me through all aspects of maintenance and how to optimize the performance of the new unit. His team even set up our new smart thermostat with the system at no additional charge. They worked fast and efficiently with a clear line of communication as to when they would arrive and when they expected to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to update/replace their HVAC!
I was so impressed with Baez Heating and Air! I called in the morning and had them there same day. They came in, fixed my unit informed me of what happened and how to avoid it in the future. I very highly recommend Baez Heating and Air. They were quick to respond to a service call, where I was met with friendly, courteous technicians. They quickly diagnosed the problem and in no way did I feel pressured with an up-sale to something I didn't need or want. They explained my options, answered my questions honestly, and I made a well informed decision. My family returned home from a road trip just to be greeted with the upstairs A/C unit no longer working, on a Sunday. We called Baez Heating And A/C after hours and they sent a technician out the very next day. The technician was professional and was able to swiftly diagnose and resolve my problem at an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend.
We called Baez for the first time to check out our upstairs are conditioner. After inspection they provided us a number of options from repairing our 11 year old system to installing new. We felt that the best option was a replacement unit. The cost proposed was competitive but what made this a great purchase was the quality of the install.
