John and his team did a fantastic job of removing the old unit and installing a new HVAC system. He took the time to personally walk me through all aspects of maintenance and how to optimize the performance of the new unit. His team even set up our new smart thermostat with the system at no additional charge. They worked fast and efficiently with a clear line of communication as to when they would arrive and when they expected to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to update/replace their HVAC!
Amazing! Not only did they get the job done quickly and efficiently, the price was beyond fair! These guys are professionals and honest about the entire set up! The maintenance package is extremely affordable and I’m very pleased with everything from them being on time, giving me a quote, communicating clearly about my options and no pressure sales. My family returned home from a road trip just to be greeted with the upstairs A/C unit no longer working, on a Sunday. We called Baez Heating And A/C after hours and they sent a technician out the very next day. The technician was professional and was able to swiftly diagnose and resolve my problem at an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend.
I was so impressed with Baez Heating and Air! I called in the morning and had them there same day. They came in, fixed my unit informed me of what happened and how to avoid it in the future.
