I called John Baez and he picked up, got my info, and scheduled someone to come out within an hour. Sam was amazing, explained everything, and really helped us out. We’ll definitely call Baez AC for all future AC/ heating services and highly recommend to friends and neighbors.

I was very pleased with the service with Baez Heating and Cooling. I called them and left a message at their 24 hour number about 8:30 pm. They returned my call and then scheduled me for the next morning. The young man arrived the next morning, he was courteous and efficient. He repaired the outside unit quickly and I had cool air again.

Baez heating and air-conditioning were amazing! They were very professional explained what was wrong with my unit to me and were able to fix it same day. I am 100% satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs help with their AC unit.

John and his team did a fantastic job of removing the old unit and installing a new HVAC system. He took the time to personally walk me through all aspects of maintenance and how to optimize the performance of the new unit. His team even set up our new smart thermostat with the system at no additional charge. They worked fast and efficiently with a clear line of communication as to when they would arrive and when they expected to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to update/replace their HVAC!
