The team made two trips to our house to accurately identify the problem with our airflow. They were not looking for an easy money-making project. Jonathan truly wanted to help. During the second visit, they found a major issue with our duct system and solved the issue without us having to go through major remodeling work, saving us hundreds of dollars. We appreciate this kind of honest business and highly recommend.
I scheduled a service call with Baehr Heating and Air to look at my furnace and they sent Zach and Johnathan to my home. These two technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very thorough. They gave me complete confidence in their work and I will definitely be requesting them in the spring to service and evaluate my a/c unit.
BAEHR's team was responsive and knowledgeable. They helped me to find the right heat pump for my 1930 farmhouse and performed the installation flawlessly, on time and on budget. Their pricing is competitive, and their staff are all friendly and professional.
So impressed with Jay and his team! On time, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to figure out several issues with my AC - misfiring thermostat, failing circuit board and loud blower...and they even tracked down a mystery wire to a long gone duplicate AC unit that was causing problems. I felt comfortable asking questions along the way and they got the job done for a reasonable price. AC is working even better than before. Highly recommend!
