Our in-floor Radiant floor heating system quit on us some time in the middle of the night so I called Baehr Heating and Air the following morning. It had thrown a code that made me think this was going to be expensive. Jay was out the next day. I was impressed with his knowledge. He saw the problem before reaching the unit. He made some adjustment, checked a few other things and fired it up. I’m very happy with him. Much less expensive than some others I had used over the years.
Great experience with Baehr. They simplified a complex radiant system and the price was far less than the competition. Friendly, prompt, professional . I’d recommend them highly and would use them again.
I'm so impressed with Baehr Heating and Air. My husband installed our mini split (which he did a beautiful job) but he was getting a code that he was not to sure of. BAEHR is well deserving of all the high ratings. Jonathan and the rest of the team provided a variety of options to update my hvac, answered multiple extra questions with additional visits to my home, had competitive pricing and excellent communication throughout the install. I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking to upgrade.
I want to post this as a WARNING to possible customers. BEWARE of pricing!! I was shocked to say the least. We asked Baehr Heating to do an inspection on our mini-split. The price quoted was around $160 for the hour inspection. When they got in, they said the unit had mold which required them to take the panel off and do some internal cleaning. I made note of the time and they arrived at 1:45 and left at 4:30, total of 2 ¾ hours for both maintenance & cleaning. They ended up sending me a bill for $675! That amounts to $245 p... read more
