I came 10.45 am and I was the only truck on duck wait hour and another truck come they started loading him when I complain about it they said you're next even fcfs
Actually not a bad experience for my PU, 4 docks 2 forklift operators...the receiver was nice and helpful with a good attitude. The thing i disliked is that I had to wait outside the cab until loaded. They have sme chairs inside next to the sign in sheet...
Horrible place and service. You try and follow the rules and people will screw you over. Drivers and employees. They also play favorites. So expect a long wait.
