Quick efficient service!
Long story short I'm and idiot and didn't pick up my bridesmaid dress in time. They were closed when I went to pick it up Saturday night, and the wedding was the next day. In a fit of desperation I messaged them on Facebook...and they answered!!! The owner came to my rescue and drove all the way back to the store so I could get my dress. I had my Cole Han leather jacket reconditioned and although they technically didn't work on my jacket per se, they send out their leathers to a specialty store, I was still very impressed. They were very open about their dry cleaning practices and very helpful regarding my questions. Bae Cleaners is now my go-to not just for their excellent service, but for how the Bae family treated me, like family! Tip: Get in on the rewards program! Free dry cleaning once you accrue enough points!
I had to get a suit last minute, and needed the sleeves on the jacket taken in, 28 hours before the event. I contacted Bae, and they said they could do it. I dropped it off in the afternoon, they measured, which took about 30 seconds. I picked it up the next day, and it was ready before the agreed upon time. The jacket was perfect, even the buttons on the sleeves were moved appropriately. These guys are amazing. I am recommending them to everyone. AND they are very courteous and friendly. I wish I could give them more stars.
They did a wonderful job tailoring my wool baseball jersey. It fits perfectly and looks the same as it did when I bought it. They are always pleasant to deal with and super fast! Thanks again!!!

Bae is a fantastic cleaners. They truly care about their customer. When your clothing is ready they will text you. If you need unusual difficult work done cleaning or tailoring they will figure out a way to do it. Not only do they do cleaning, tailoring, they also do Shoe repair, and cleaning Suede shoes or jackets as well as throw rugs.
