THANK YOU SHELLY! 5 - STARS!!! I called 8/13 9:37am and Shelly was so warm and welcoming! She sang the doctors' praises and provided all the information I needed to schedule. I was impressed to learn the website lists not just urgent and primary care but also massage, chiropractic, sports med, and for a four-doctor practice they still have paper charts and good ole-fashioned pen and paper lunch schedules for the doctors to meet other providers. I found this location listed on Public Square. Public Square boasts that any business listed on their website opposes diversity initiatives and other "progressive priorities". I cannot trust any medical service that supports discrimination so blatantly. How can I expect quality health care from doctors who may decide I don't deserve help because of my race or gender? As a medical facility, Premier Urgent Care should be ashamed, and anyone who has faced discrimination here should file a complaint immediately.
Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful! We went for an immigration exam and the lady at the front desk answered all of our questions with kindness and guided us through the process. She explained what to expect next all the way through. We had to wait for a little bit but everything went smoothly, beyond expectations. It took almost two hours including blood testing.
