I got a medium/bob cut with Phoenix and I am in love with my hair! They did an excellent job combining what I wanted from my reference pics and refining my cut to suit my hair and haircare routine. They were also wonderful to talk to and created a safe and comfortable environment from the start. I will 100% be coming back and very highly recommend this shop.

I woke up for my appt this morning sick with a fever. I immediately sent a message alerting you that I was sick and asking to reschedule. Then I get calls at the time of the appt asking if I’m coming in. Apparently they don’t read the messages. They are still charging the full appointment when I tried to reschedule and have consistently booked and attended appointments every month. I have been a loyal customer paying over $100 for a 30 min haircut plus tipping 20% plus giving a huge holiday tip. I can’t help that I’m sick. B... read more

I love this salon so much. Reina consistently gives me FANTASTIC haircuts. Aimee consistently gives me beautiful color. I have curly hair which can be complicated. Phoenix is the best hair dresser I have ever had. They understand the assignment every time and execute to a tee. I used to be completely hopeless with my thin, flat hair until I started seeing Phoenix 2 years ago and now I get compliments on my hair all the time. They have truly transformed my hair.
