Phoenix is AMAZING. They walked me through the whole process of what was a pretty big change for my hair, and really, really listened to what I wanted and helped to transform my vague wishes into a style that I am super thrilled with. They stayed kind, helpful, professional, and generally awesome through 4.5 hours on their feet during my session. The salon itself is clean, comfortable, queer friendly, and just... Pleasant to be in. The person working the desk and doing most of the cleanup was very sweet and helpful.
Reina is an amazing crafts person, business person, and person person. I consistently get compliments on my hair and it’s effortless to maintain.
Ten is a great stylist, so glad I came to her for a big change
