I unfortunately had a horrible experience here in May of 2025. The cut looked awful, not what I asked for and has been horrible to grow out. The picture of the person outside was the inspiration picture and the inside was me after the cut. I basically got a bowl cut on top of some thinning and razoring, so the grow out has been extremely awkward and difficult; the layers don't settle into each other at all and there's a clear contrast between the upper half and lower. Kaylynn was great! She was so kind and helpful with fitting me in for a quick haircut. And it’s so nice that Kaylynn/the studio have late hours available!
Karl has done my hair for a year now and I always leave the salon feeling like myself again! She’s the absolute sweetest human and a magician when it comes to bangs and shags. I love Badlands and can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Kiersten was incredible! I felt heard and seen and so safe in her chair with my bangs and curly hair. Her razor cutting was so good! She also spent time to really listen to what I wanted and asked tons of great questions, plus kept me posted explaining each step. Don’t even get me started on the shampoo massage!! Soooo good!
