The review system seems to be working. I would give this company three stars. I bought a truck site unseen from Colorado based on Brian's assurances that the truck was mechanically sound. This was not the case and in fact the truck was unable to complete the drive back to Colorado Springs. I was given ample opportunity to look the truck over, and I understand that it is a 9 year old used truck, so I am not really too upset about that. I was working Kelsey Emme on Facebook to by a vehicle through them. Their advertising price was double of KBB price. I was willing to pay more than what KBB was asking just not 6,000$ over the recommended price. Kelsey was willing to take 3,000$ off of the purchase price, which I was thrilled about, but without a warranty. Their website and a review response from their owner states customers DO NOT pay for the warranty. The customer service is lacking. We were not greeted well nor heard. They are also not willing to negotiate.
