All I’m going to say is good doctors don’t have bad staff. After not filling out the insurance pre authorization for my mother in-laws maintenance medication for liver failure, her ammonia levels were over 300 when we rushed her to the ER in pre-comatose ammonia toxicity. The reason the pre-authorization didn’t get filled out? “It just didn’t” according to the girl on the phone at his office.
