Very unprofessional business. In September of 2022 Badgerland was scheduled to install windows and doors in my house. At around 8am, he called me to claim that my house was locked, which it was not. Ed *****, ended up breaking into a house down the street, and installed the windows in a different house. Once confronted about the situation, he claimed I was lying and losing my mind. He told me he reordered windows for my house and they would show up in 4-6 weeks, which was a lie, per the window manufacturer. Ed continued to g... read more
Very rude customer service and accused us of getting a free window out of them that we paid the labor for because the window was under warranty. Would not recommend this business at all. Mind you this is only my opinion and does not reflect anyone else’s views.
