I signed a contract with Badgerland and was assured that my 2 properties would be added to the MLS listings within 48 hours of signing. After several calls and emails that went unreturned, I was finally able to get the properties listed a full week after signing. DONT EVER BUY A HOME OR SELL A HOME WITH THIS REALTY COMPANY. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BUYERS AT ALL. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNCARING AND HAVE AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
