Had to pay another plumbing company $1200 to clean up his work. Installed a new water softener and iron curtain in December of 2024. This job also including remediating an issue with water flooding in our utility room. He suggested that the previous work was inadequate and his work would fix the situation. It did, needless to say, only for 2 years. Water backfilling / discharge resumed and was advised by my plumber that he undersized the vacuum break lines causing to subsequent discharge. We've had Badgerland do several plumbing jobs for us over the years. We are so very happy with their work, attentiveness, and timeliness. We don't consider anyone else. They installed two new toilets yesterday and you would never know they were here. This is your plumber if you need one!
Good work, terrible communication. I'm a repeat customer and they are impossible to get a hold of and schedule for both a quote and work. Shouldn't be this hard to give you our money.

Jarad installed a water softener and brine tank. He was very professional, took the time to explain what he was going to do. He made sure the softener was working properly before leaving. Jarad also took the time to answer a few questions not related to the softener. I would highly recommend badgerland plumbing.
