This company called me said they installed my water softner (which was a lie) it was installed 3 years ago by another company. Said they service it for free. The owner had me come down had it all apart said I needed a new unit. Cost would be 9,800 but give me 2,000 for my old equipment. I didn't know what to do or what the cost were. So I wrote a check.
