RecommendedExcellent service for my horse trailer at a great price. Mike was knowledgeable about maintenance and addressed all of my questions. He offered advice without pressure to buy anything more than needed. Spring tune-up (bearings, electrical, tires). When we ran into an issue with a brand new tire, he drove to my house to assess and fix the problem - same day, after hours.
I was looking for one and my kid had dealt with Mike at Badger Trailer Sales in West Bend. Got a great deal and anything I've needed he has gone out of his way for me. I have also witnessed him do great acts of kindness for people from out of the area to get them on their way.
I’m from Texas and my trailer had a completely broken leaf spring when I arrived in West Bend. Mike and his son replaced all four springs and related suspension parts for me. I highly recommend this business.
Had a problem with my trailer lights and needed them fixed for a fishing trip. Mike was already booked for the week, but took the time to help me over the phone despite his busy schedule.
