Customer service was top notch. The facility was explained to me and a walk through answered questions I didn’t even know I had. I will do business with this facility for many years to come because of the interaction I had with that outstanding employee.

I just want to say that Kristy is not old and she's very nice and I know other people's experiences are different from mine but mine was very pleasant and I would like to just have that honest opinion about my experience with her as a person and with that property has been wonderful professional all the way

My mom recently passed away and the lady at cubesmart said that I would need to pay before I could see what was in my mother’s units. So, I paid them like 300.00 to find out that she only had one picture for one storage unit. Now, they’re making me jump through more hoops. It’s seems like they’re just trying to make a bad situation worse. I will never use this business, again. This was absolutely the worst experience possible.
