Woke up on a cold December morning with no heat and called Badger. Professional and friendly staff promised a technician would show between 12:30 and 2:00. Kevin arrived promptly at 12:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad motor. Since no motor was available locally Kevin arranged for his sales rep to bring one back from his trip in Madison and he would come back later that evening to install, at no extra charge! Had one furnace cleaned and the other one replaced, along with additional duct work. Friendly and professional. Did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend
