I would not do business with this company. 11/16/16 can't keep appointment. 11/18/16 arrives late because he is going through a divorce. 12/5/16 arrives to clean fireplace and removes parts and my owners manual from my home. Fails to keep customer informed. Dishonest and failed to follow through. I have waited over 2 months to receive the owners manual for my fireplace that he needlessly took with him instead of writing the information down.
