Owe me money from labor work I had done and never got paid. Contacted them lots of time, but Jason says he's out of town. Never recommend anyone working with them.

We had gutters, soffit, and fascia installed last year. The install was done poorly (nails throughout brand new metal trim, bent and warped peices that have allowed in water, buckling and gaps along the roof line, other parts destroyed beyond repair) and when we contacted the staff to have it corrected, we were met with some blowback and excuses. I have engaged Badger Seamless for roof repairs three times, with the first two experiences being notably positive. The company demonstrated promptness and delivered quality work during those instances, which initially earned my trust and satisfaction. However, my most recent interaction presented significant challenges. Following a roof leak on September 12th, and after promptly paying the deposit, I faced considerable delays in getting the repair scheduled. Had a roof leak on Sept 12th. It is now Oct 31. I already paid the deposit weeks ago and have still not been given a date to get my roof fixed. The company has been called multiple times and either says they'll give a date that never materializes or ignores the calls completely.
