I had the misfortune of interacting with Kyle as the seller's agent of the home I purchased recently. Kyle is also the owner of Badger Realty and the title company used in the transaction, Capital Title. I was supposed to close on my home on 2/20 of this year. "Surprise" liens the seller had on the property popped up days before closing and I didn't get to actually close until 5/1.
