This lady told me that they don't work with colored people. I would not recommend doing business with this company! 😕
Probably one of the most humiliating rental experiences I've ever had as a renter. I went to Badger Properties because I read good reviews on Google and had heard generally good things from people. I stayed in Center Court this summer for a temporary situation. I had top notch service from Chris Kearns and Jason at Badger Properties. I would highly recommend Badger if you're looking for a quiet place to study or just to live. His rental policy is great for older students. Also, the customer service is superb.
