This is the worst realtor office I’ve ever contacted. When I called, the agent said I dialed a wrong number. Impossible since it was the agent’s own secretary who transferred me to him. I spoke to another agent and he told me he was sending me listings, which he never did. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I don’t want to do business with such low class people.
As a customer of one of your tenants, I find it disgraceful that a company such as yours should not maintain your buildings in much better condition. As the property owner, you are responsible for construction repairs that are needed to maintain the building in a safe an respectable manner. When the ceiling is falling in, someone could be injured. Not to mention it does not present an attractive atmosphere for your tenants clients .
