They could lower rates if they cut down on the paperwork. Wasted second notices after check is already cashed!!
Getting a hold of them is next to impossible. They are very slow to respond to voicemail and flat out don't bother responding to email. I've been trying to cancel a policy on a place I sold for 3 weeks now and they have been unable to do it. Soon I'll be past due (doing monthly payments while place was on the market), and now I have to worry about the "late payment" affecting my credit since they can't do their jobs. You'll likely want to look elsewhere for your insurance needs.
