We began our fireplace journey at Badger Masonry and Fireplace supply at the West Bend location. The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and kind. We were unsure of the stone we wanted so we took a drive to the fond du lac location. Again, everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable and accommodating and PATIENT! I just had a gas fireplace installed to replace my wood burning one. Your guys were so wonderful, Efficient, quick, neat, knowledgeable about product. Feel bad because I never got their name to give them personal credit. Kudos to all three of you!!!!
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Wonderful showroom in Fond du Lac, where Tasha helped us pick just the right gas insert. The estimator was an expert who was also part of the installation team -- a great crew who completed all tasks in a highly professional manner, to include cleaning the work site and patiently demonstrating the remote control. These folks specialize in fireplaces and associated products -- and it showed!
