The lobby staff was VERY rude and took it upon herself to grab a small child by the arm while he was on the lobby with his father. We were told the facility could legally hold 100 people but they only had ten tables and 66 chairs. There was one bright spot, that was Jim the manager, he was very helpful and did his best to accommodate the Briding groom‘s wishes.

We asked for extra pillows. They're where 3 on a king size bed! We where told they didn't have any extra pillows. I said are you serious she said yes. I said cant you take them out of a room that wasn't being used. The motel wasn't even close to being full. The women said no we can't do that. Well we won't be staying here anymore.
