This is the best gym in Madison. It is family owned, always clean, and has great equipment and trainers.

Should have just ended membership at my request multiple times versus make me come in and then charge me for an entire additional month on top of it. Yeah, the equipment is great, big no for not cancelling memberships with reasonable discussions beforehand. I’m pretty sure I let them know about 4 months into the 1 year that I wanted to cancel and then several times for months after. I do not have time to drive all around to make it in person. I had already found a gym that better fit my needs.

I have had a membership here for a little over a year now. I like it here. Since I've gotten out of Sales I have had more time on my hands since a shift change at my new job where it makes it easier to go, although admittedly I've been slacking quite a bit over the past year. I plan on showing back up regularly again.

There was misinformation given to me when I signed up, therefore when I tried to cancel I was unsuccessful and they threw one of their past employees under the bus (blaming it on him) saying they’ve been cleaning up his messes since he left.
