This gym is the best in Madison. I was a long time member, and left because I wanted to focus on spinning and they do t offer that class. But, the owners, Tony and Katie, and Trainer Kaade are excellent. The gym is clean and very well run. I learned so much from Kaade about lifting and training for all types of activities.
AMAZING MEMBERS! :-) Our Gym Family for life. :-)
