Seems like a nice guy when you meet him but the follow through could not be any worse as there was none. Chris came out to my building Oct 11, 2023 & spent the time to get up on my roof that I have serious leak problem from a prior crooked contractor. I have water coming in my building in large amounts so I really thought he understood the urgency. Badger Engineering still needs to complete documentation for my company to obtain permits from the city. Badger Engineering has been in breach of contract since September 2020. Chris Badger has come up with excuses one after the other for 2 years. He has cost my company a lot of money with his delays, mistakes, and resubmittals. I trusted Badger Engineering to deliver on the agreed-upon terms and meet their obligations outlined in the professional service agreement.
