Truly the only gym I’ve been able to stick with. Shawn is an incredible coach and has created a great atmosphere for all. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something new and other gyms didn’t work for you.
After being in the Army, I swore off going to the gym because I felt burned out. I started going to Ritual (formerly Badger Den) and working with coach Shawn in January 2018. He plans each session so that it's easy to follow and new every day/week. Shawn makes every hour I spend at Ritual worth my time and I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new place to train.
