I've lived here for a year, and things are going well. I intend to live here for a while longer unless something dramatic happens. The only downside is that the living room space, including the desk, is all from one 15A breaker. This isn't a problem for most people, but as an engineer with my own electronics workstation, I have to do some jiggery to make it work without tripping anything.
They are always kind, nice and always helpful!
Pretty good place to live. Would only be better if rent wasn’t raised every year you renew.
