Everything was great living here for 10 months but when I moved out I got hit with damage charges. No list of things they found just a bill. Ridiculous. I’ve been a renter my whole life 7+ and never got hit with damage charges until now so don’t expect your security deposit back. Just a warning for you newcomers.
We toured so many apartments around the Tri-Cities before touring this one and none of them compared to this place, we wish we would’ve toured this place earlier than we did! Very friendly and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to answer any and every question I had and really helped make this place feel like home for us. Hopefully we get to live here for many years!
Great apartments and people that live here had no problems except when moving out left my apartment nice and clean no issues nothing Broken or anything carpet in good condition and they stuffed me on my security deposit don’t expect ur deposit back
Great move in process. Office staff was very helpful, organized and had everything ready when we arrived.
