The most clueless and unhelpful office staff I have ever had to deal with. Every time you go to the office with any issue they are 9/10 times unhelpful. Only 1 office member knows what they’re doing (Tasia) and every other member has to run to her to see if they’re doing their job right. Nice staff Friendly and Easy to communicate with.
I LOVE my 1 bedroom apartment! It's spacious with lots of shelves included in the closets and pantry. I'm on the 3rd floor so I have a beautiful view. I love that I can use a ceiling fan in my bedroom because airflow and white noise is my bff for sleep. Ruby is amazing and has been extremely kind and helpful throughout my whole experience from the beginning of applying all the way through move in. She's responsive and shows true empathy. Better hope you don't get bad neighbors because property management won't do anything except give them a courtesy call which does literally nothing. Hate this place.
