Had a great experience with Bader. I took in my Dodge before I sold it. I have two kids so the interior was rough, but they made it look great. Much more than my expectations. And their job helped my car sell. I posted pics right after the detail was done and the buyer was particularly impressed by how great the engine looked. I got a lot more money out of the car than I expected. Great job!
I brought my car in after getting some over spray on it at work. My car was speckled with paint and felt like sandpaper. They didn't remove the over spray. Rather they buffed out the roughness and my car is still speckled. When I went to pick my car up the owner showed me my car in the dark garage so of course it looked okay (my car is black). Melissa say exactly what happend, you picked up your car 3 months ago. You checked it outside the garage during the day and you agreed it was fine, because the paint company was going to pay for it. Then you came yesterday asking for refund,during the 3 month period we don't know what happened to your car. That's why we denied you a refund
