We were fortunate to have Rohan from Baden Pools sort out our pools filtration set up. His ability to trouble-shoot the problem then solve it, all whilst balancing our pools chemicals was exceptional customer service. It is rare to find this quality of customer care and we are truly appreciative
Our 10 year old, 7.0 x 2.9m Safety Beach pool was in need of some TLC, and Luke and his team at Baden Pools came to our rescue. Spa wall, quartzon render and pool side paver removed, replaced with a very smart SeaMist tile, with an accompanying Shoreline Travertino 60mm drop edge and surrounding paving and sitting wall. Baden pools were recommended to us and from our initial meeting we knew they were the company we wanted to work with. Luke came up with some great ideas and communicated well from start to finish. The job started on time, finished on time and was a seamless process with all aspects of the build taken care of. The support and advice from Luke and Rohan after completion has been great as well. We would use them again and highly recommend their product and service.
