This place is sketchy as hell and I say this as a military veteran who has been through some of the shadiest places on earth. I can’t grasp how anyone gets referred to this locating. Either there is a pet grooming place in the same builder or the receptionist is bringing her dog in as it was barking the entire time we were waiting. We arrived 15min early and weren’t seen until 20min after our scheduled appointment even though there were no other people waiting. Not to mention the receptionist was quite rude.
Absolutely dumpster fire customer service, which I can guarantee bleeds into their patient care. I have scheduled 2 appointments with them and both times I had to cancel my appointments for a lack of a physical ID and being short on money (since they don't take Medicaid). Both times I've cancelled were in advance before my appointments. After I got all of my finances and identification in order I called to officially make an appointment with everything gathered.
