Absolutely dumpster fire customer service, which I can guarantee bleeds into their patient care. I have scheduled 2 appointments with them and both times I had to cancel my appointments for a lack of a physical ID and being short on money (since they don't take Medicaid). Both times I've cancelled were in advance before my appointments. After I got all of my finances and identification in order I called to officially make an appointment with everything gathered. I called a very welcoming therapy office and they referred me to this place for a psychiatrist. I am highly impressed with the psychiatrist here being that he gave me a thorough evaluation along with my diagnosis by the end of our first visit. This has never happened to me before and Dr. Baddigam seems well versed in his profession. I feel like I am getting the care that I need coming here. This husband-and-wife psychiatric team is absolutely outstanding. They are highly professional, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best possible care. They take the time to truly understand their patients and go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. Their thoughtful and personalized approach has been invaluable.
