Brought my 2010 softail custom in when I bought it to have exhaust air filter and fuel management done. Couldn't have asked for better service. If i didn't move to maryland BADD would be the only shop I would go to
The staff is very knowledgeable about Harleys, they also are very pleasant to deal with and will help you get the parts that you really need, which are mostly in stock, if not they will get them for you in an timely way, like next day. I would recommend if you need service, handle bar changes, or any custom work take it to Badd Custom Cycle.

Recently had the team at badd customs do some repair work on my buell. Staff was super friendly and professional. They even washed/cleaned the bike up for me complimentary.
just had them do my 10,000 mile service on my buell, and it feels like I'm riding a brand new bike. not to mention I've had a handful of other things done there too, but it was once again an all around great job by them. they do outstanding work and the counter guys are super friendly and make you feel real comfortable. the mechanic that does my work is really knowledgeable and always goes over what he did with me one on one. and the owner Doug has to be the nicest dude I've ever met. really honest and will always have your ... read more
