Pleasant experience!! Ms. Vicky was great to with with. Easy and painless process.
Recently purchased a mattress set using the new in house financing - the process was easy, payments are low, and I was able to get everything I needed!
Great service, great quality
My experience *started out* great... Vicky was wonderful and the issue I had with a power sofa (lumbar wasn't retaining pressure) was addressed with a service call; However, the issue has since happened again and now I can't get anyone to return a call... so, not so great as far as communication / customer service go at the tail end
