I would give this Badcock and Chris the manager a Negative 5 stars if I could. I have had a line of credit for almost a year, only 1 late payment, by 4 days. for a mattress. I went in to get their "gaming laptop" I had to return it three days later. It couldn't even handle 3 wepages open at once, let alone ANY games. False advertising and very disappointing. My mother and i went in and was ready to make a recliner purchase. We were looked at as if no one was there. They remember; (The black 70 Year old woman with the cast on her right arm and her daughter, me) They had to send the black lady, guess we didn't have the credentials. Cody you are a liar! Waiting since December 2020 for a $1500 mattress I paid for in December. It is April 25, 2021, I am still waiting. The first bedroom set delivery was the WRONG BED the ordered a new one and delivered it but I have been stood up at least 7 times for the mattress delivery with no shows and had 3 damaged/ torn mattresses brought for delivery and one damaged box spring. I was told numerous times my newest mattress was torn and another had to be ordered then week after week stood up and told the same thing again. Today they call ... read more

MOST OF THE STAFF ARE NOT WEARING ANY MASK. CUSTOMERS ARE COMING IN THE STORE THINKING THERE ARE GOING TO BE SAFE AND YOU're NOT. THE YOUNGER STAFF SEEM TO BE ARROGANT TO PLAY GAMES WITH COVID-19. FOR THE STAFF TO PLACE MY LIFE IN DANGER I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. WHEN YOU HAVE THE STAFF WITH THE MASKS DOWN TALKING AND LAUGHING AND YOU DON'T KNOW IF ONE HAS COVID-19. THERE ARE PLACING PEOPLE LIFE IN DANGER.

The staff at the Rockledge store was fantastic ! I love the trundle bed and dresser. Also, the delivery men , Travis and Tyler, could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend this store. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Very bad experience with the Easley store. When delivery showed up, first thing they wanted was to use my bathroom, very awkward. They sold me a defective piece of furniture, won’t give me my money back. I’ll never shop there again!
