Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone to have their hair done. I got to my appointment 15 minutes ahead of time. I started walking towards the building 2 mins before my scheduled appointment only to be yelled at and told that not to come in I have not authorized you to come in. I was then ignored for 20 minutes and a text was sent asking me to come in. she opened the door and rolled her eyes at me, the entire braiding was done in utter silence. Very nice service, friendly worker, does job well and is very respectful!! Will be coming back to get my hair done!!
Never went, they had too many reasons for upcharges so there was no way to know in advance what it would cost AND they wanted me to bring the hair.
