My hair was hacked by one of the associates here. What I asked for was the top 2 inspiration photos in the multi collage. The same associate has cut my hair previously and I had no problems. Shown her the inspiration photo and got what I asked for so I booked again with her…and here we are today with my poor review. When I shown the stylist this time the back of the hair photo I specifically explained I like the long layers to make it look like it had some texture & wasn’t a straight across cut as I’m pointing to the layers ... read more
