TL;DR - They told me to bring the bike in and that they would look at it, but they just left it in the parking lot all day. I called them on Tues and asked for an appointment time, and I was told that they were busy. I told them I was coming from Toronto, so I needed to know when they could look at it and the owner told me, if I brought in my bike early, they would have a look at it and *maybe* do the work on it if GP or Royal had the parts in stock. Johnny Q builsd some awesome custom machines as well as sticks to his word on turn around time ! Very reasonable costs to repair and he even came and picked up my bike ! Cant get much better than that ! Thanks again brother !

John is a great guy who runs a great business, they did some work on my bike and I couldn't be more happy. It was done ahead of schedule as well ( by a week )This is the place to take your ride for work, no bullshit just good honest people who know what they're doing!!
